Kevin Mangum, D.O.

Kevin Mangum, D.O is a primary care sports medicine and family medicine physician who specializes in both the treatment and prevention of sports and medical related illnesses and injuries. He provides comprehensive medical care for athletes, sports teams and active individuals who want to develop and maintain a healthy lifestyle. He specializes in non-operative orthopedic musculoskeletal conditions.

Dr. Mangum was born and raised in southern Utah with his three siblings. He received an Associate of Art degree in Accounting from Dixie State University, and then transferred to the University of Utah where he finished his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. He and his brother moved to Portland Oregon where they received their Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree. They owned and operated their chiropractic practices together before Dr. Mangum decided to attend medical school. He went to medical school at A.T. Still University – School of Osteopathic Medicine in Arizona and then completed his family medicine residency at Creighton University School of Medicine Phoenix Arizona Family Medicine Program. He then completed his primary care sports medicine fellowship at the Family Medicine Residency of Idaho and Idaho Sports Medicine Institute. During his fellowship, he was a team physician for local high schools and division one athletes at Boise State University.

Dr. Mangum loves spending time with his wife and four children. They enjoy hiking, camping, cycling, soccer, skiing and vacationing. Dr. Mangum is looks forward to caring for you and your family.
