Physicians

Dr. Kevin Mangum, D.O.

Dr. Mangum was born and raised in southern Utah with his three siblings. He received an Associate of Art degree in Accounting from Utah Tech University, and his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Utah. He attended medical school at A.T. Still University – School of Osteopathic Medicine in Arizona and completed his family medicine residency at Creighton University School of Medicine Phoenix , Arizona Family Medicine Program. Dr. Mangum enjoyed working as a team physician for local club sport athletes, high school athletes and D1 athletes at Boise State University during his fellowship at the Family Medicine Residency of Idaho and Idaho Sports Medicine Institute. Dr. Mangum loves spending time with his wife and four children. They enjoy hiking, camping, cycling, soccer, skiing, exercise and vacationing. He looks forward to partnering with you in your health needs and goals.

Whitney John, FNP-C, APRN

Whitney is a native to Utah. She attended Westminster College where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2009. She later became a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) by earning her Master of Science from Graceland University located in Independence, Missouri. Whitney is board certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Her professional background includes working in a variety of settings, including family practice, pediatrics, wellness, and urgent care. Whitney is a wife and a mother of two children, one lab/pointer dog, and two kitties. She enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, skiing, rafting, doing yoga, and eating yummy and nourishing foods. Her passion is in patient care, collaborating with and encouraging patients to reach their wellness goals.

Rachelle Dustin, FNP-C

Rachelle Dustin, FNP-C is originally from Cache Valley, Utah. She’s worked in family practice as a nurse practitioner since 2021, and enjoys getting to know her  patients and treating a wide variety of conditions. She graduated with honors from BYU’s nurse practitioner program, and is AANP Board Certified. Prior to becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner, she worked in several settings as a nurse including geriatrics, pediatrics, quality improvement, and mental health. She is fluent in Spanish and loves to interact with patients from all cultures and backgrounds.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, running, hiking, and competing in triathlons.
